I, myself am one of the people that the axis house of treatment had help with my problem, I am before an addicted with drugs and after that I realize that it doesn’t make sense if I&#8217;ll continue it.</p>
<p>That’s why I decided to go to the axis house of treatment, and I have undergone treatment that helps me overcome my drug addiction.<br />
I simply have a <a href="http://www.axishouse.net/ ">drug rehab</a> and as I under go to <a href="http://www.axishouse.net/">drug treatment</a> I have understood that what I have been doing, since I was a drug addict is all just a waste of time. The answer, according to a large-scale, long term investigation at Tulane University in New   Orleans, is that these podded plant foods-peas, beans, alfalfa, lentils and peanuts, can lower your risk of heart disease.</p>
<p>Researchers compared diets light in legumes (one serving per week) vs. those moderately loaded with them (four servings per week). After 19 years, subjects on the latter plan had lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, fewer diagnoses of diabetes and hypertension, and 22 percent reduction in their risk of coronary heart disease, the nation’s No. 1 killer. Previous studies have indicated that soybean protein and dietary fiber reduces cholesterol and improves insulin resistance.</p>
<p>Legumes are high in bean protein and water-soluble fiber; and they’re rich in folate, which reduces blood levels of hormocystein, a risk factor for heart disease. They’re also low in sodium and high in potassium, calcium and magnesium.</p>

If it wasn’t for all that hassle, you’d eat them, right? We are calling that bluff, tough guy, because right now your supermarket has a bumper crop of ready to go frozen vegetables that are perfect for the ultra busy, super fit guy. After working hard all day and busting butt in the gym, you want to create a hearty, delicious dinner that requires minimal work and delivers maximum results. We say, bag it.</p>
<p>Some frozen mixes are fine all by themselves, but add one or two ingredients and you turn dinner into a nutritional powerhouse. Toss everything in a big skillet, add the time you finish checking your e-mail you’ve got meal. It doesn’t get much easier.</p>

<p>The development of the different systems of exercise and the use of the different gadgets like extraordinary spring, walking machines, bicycles, dumbbells and similar apparatus were found to help in promoting vim, vigor and vitality.</p>
<p>The chief purpose of exercise is to obtain normal development of body tissues so that they will be capable of performing their ordinary functions.</p>
<p>Exercise increase the circulation of blood and improves the depth and rate of breathing. This helps eliminates wastes such as carbon dioxide in the body.</p>
<p>There is no absolute evidence that exercise helps protect the body from diseases. However, exercise increases the competence of the body to do physical work, improves fatigue endurance and produces perfection of movement.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>“Health is wealth” a famous saying which is surely true. Man desires many things in life. Food, clothing and shelter are his basic needs. Food nourishes his body, clothing to cover it and shelter to protect him from his environment.</p>
<p>Unknowingly, he overworks his body to get more food which he cannot eat, more clothing which he cannot use and plenty of shelter which he does not need.</p>
<p>Thus, he works and works and looses his health. Then he work again to regain his health, but sometimes finds only the grave.</p>
<p>To be a survivor in this modern age, man must also use his judgement on all things that he does, like food that he eats and the water he drinks, his exercises and all the activities that interest him.</p>
<p>Man is the only creature that can study itself. Such a study began with a simple observation and now includes complex medical and psychological studies.</p>
